Reservations:

We have a four night minimum from December 15 - January 15 each year.  We book only the Within the Reef Package for this period. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:   In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule your trip during this holiday period, we will provide you with a 100% refund less a $100 processing fee as long as you cancel sixty (60) days prior to your arrival.  If you cancel between the thirty (30) days prior to and  the sixty (60) days prior to your arrival we will refund 70% of your vacation package amount.  If you cancel with less than thirty (30) days prior to your trip, we will attempt to rebook the cabana or cabanas.  If we are able to rebook the cabana or cabanas, we will refund 70% of your vacation package amount.  If we are unable to rebook the cabana or cabanas we will refund 50% of your vacation package amount.  If you reschedule, we will credit all amounts paid to your rescheduled trip.

Arrivals and Departures:  We prefer that guests schedule a morning or mid-day departure.  All of the hotels in Bocas del Toro are fully booked during the peak of the holiday season.  Thus when there are any travel delays it is challenging to address them following a scheduled evening departure.  For more information, contact us.
